Salary and Benefits

◆ Base Salary
・Assistant Director
Senior: 270,000 yen per month
(including fixed overtime,salary is based on ability, age, and skills)
Junior: 250,000 yen per month
(including fixed overtime,salary is based on ability, age, and skills)
・Director, Producer, Production Assistant
Salary is determined based on experience and skills

Transportation expenses will be paid separately, and social security will be provided once you become a full-time employee.
